1.INTRODUCTION

Autóflex-Holding Kft., as the data controller, undertakes to handle all entrusted data in accordance with the provisions detailed in this legal notice. The Data Controller’s data management policy is continuously available at www.lhjk.info. The Data Controller reserves the right to change this notice. The Data Controller respects the informational self-determination rights of its clients. Personal data is handled confidentially and all security, technical, and organizational measures are taken to ensure the safety of the data of partners and users. The principles of data management followed by the Data Controller comply with the relevant data protection legislation, in particular with the following act:

The Data Controller acknowledges the contents of its Data Management Policy as binding upon itself.

2. PRINCIPLES OF DATA MANAGEMENT BY THE DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller only processes personal data if the data subject consents or if it is ordered by law or a local government regulation enacted on the basis of law for a purpose of public interest (mandatory data management, e.g., invoicing data).

Personal data may only be transferred to a data controller or processor in a third country if the data subject has expressly consented and an adequate level of protection for the data is ensured. Transfers to EU countries are considered as if they occur within the territory of Hungary.

3. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS, AND DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The data processing activities of the Data Controller are based on voluntary consent, except for data required for invoicing.
If the data provider supplies personal data not their own, it is their responsibility to obtain the data subject’s consent.

  • Purpose of data processing: Sending personalized, promotional newsletters to registrants.

  • Legal basis: Consent of the data subject.

  • Scope of processed data: date, time, IP address of the user’s computer, URL of visited page, URL of the previously visited page, name, email address, phone number, website address, and business name of the newsletter registrant.

  • Duration: Until the data provider requests deletion. Data can be deleted by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting the Data Controller through the means listed in Section 5, either in writing or orally.

Use of Cookies
